These bang lovers are making extremely strong points, and it's tough for me to formulate any comeback. So without further ado, here is the angry comment of the week:

Zooey fucking Deschanel. You want to tell me she's not hot? I'm a guy and my girl doesn't have bangs, but I want her to get some. You can't judge so harshly on people. Some girls can handle them. How about you show a picture of your body flab and small penis. See if the girls like it
This guy really loves bangs though, huh? I feel bad for his girlfriend, who is being forced into an awful hairstyle she has no interest in.
The best part about this comment is that about a half hour later, he posted another comment in the same post, also under anonymous, that said "i agree with the above dude" and linked to a picture of Taylor Swift.
It's also funny that his glowing example of great bangs is Zooey Deschanel, my mortal enemy. I guess he's not a regular reader and doesn't know that I find her disgusting. Oh well, she probably doesn't like my body flab, so touche.

I've had bangs. Hell, I've got side-swept bangs in my stupid picture icon. However, while they were all fine and good, I can't honestly say I looked better with bangs than without.
I think Mr. Anonymous is missing the point that whether someone looks okay with bangs or not, they'll always look BETTER sans bangs.
Also, Sans Bangs would be a good band name, I think.

My biggest issue with bangs is that they need constant upkeep. It's annoying.
I hadn't given much thought to bangs until I became a regular reader of your blog several years ago. I'm female, and I see your point. There are things women do mostly for other women, not for men, because men are simple and want to see long hair and maybe high heels paired with jeans and a tank top or a nice low cut dress. Any man with a specific, vested interest in bangs, such that he dictates that his girlfriend get them AND has an obession with Taylor Swift (who is insufferable and wholly not attractive, see: beady eyes) is certainly gay. He mentions the size of your member because he probably yearns to dress it up in a twee wig with bangs and play with it. You should perhaps seek a restraining order from this guy, my deduction has proved he is dangerous...

What's with the Zooey Deschanel hate? She rocks, as does her sister Emily. Is it just her "manner" or is it some personal encounter that went bad?

This is a really angry comment but I wouldn't blame this person because all of us have had similar experiences and we have to express what we think.
